Prior to joining TraceWorthy Consulting, Vanda served as the Sales Director of Indonesia for Cocoon Capital Investments, a venture capital firm based in Mauritius. In this role, she developed business plans and go to market strategies for companies in multiple industry sectors.
Before her tenure at Cocoon, Vanda worked as the Sales Manager at Elders Indonesia, where she recruited, hired, and trained a team of salespersons, resulting in improved sales goals for Jakarta and Bali areas. She was responsible for managing the sales operations, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Vanda’s expertise in sales management, combined with her ability to motivate and lead teams, played a significant role in driving the growth and success of Elders Indonesia.
Vanda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from STIE Perbanas Kuningan.
