TraceWorthy Consulting is a culmination of Tracy Wilkinson’s many years’ experience derived from owning and operating multiple companies across various industry sectors in professional, business and community development.
The first iteration, which began in Perth, Australia in 1995, was known as Inkata Market Concepts. Inkata was a fresh approach to marketing in what was fast becoming the digital age. As a function of understanding her clients and developing appropriate marketing strategies for them, Tracy noticed that most of the development seemed to be needed at the people level, not necessarily at the corporate level. She developed concepts and programs that would ultimately supersede her role as consultant, and align the immediate stakeholders of the client, most often the personnel or sometimes a community, in creating solutions themselves.
Today, TraceWorthy is a consulting company focused on developing economic and social opportunity for the Indonesian people. The company is a link between the Western world and the Indonesian people and culture.
TraceWorthy Consulting has been established to bring the expertise of Founder and Senior Consultant, Tracy Wilkinson, to new and existing enterprises in Indonesia that are looking for a competitive edge.
Tracy is an expert in developing, marketing and expanding successful businesses; and, has substantial experience working in environments where it is necessary to bridge cultures. She lives full-time in Bali, enjoying the satisfaction of lifting both Indonesian and foreign-owned businesses to heightened levels of success.
