Alexander Sinaga, known as Alex, is an accomplished professional with a passion for banking and customer service. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Harapan Bangsa Business School in Bandung, Indonesia, Alex has developed strong skills in banking, public speaking, marketing, and documentation.
Alex’s professional journey includes a decade of experience at PT. Bank Mandiri, where he excelled in various roles. He started as Staff eChannel Operation in Jakarta and later in Medan, handling ATM performance, customer complaints, and managing financial solutions for corporate and individual customers. Alex’s performance in these roles was marked by significant achievements, such as successfully managing priority customers and collaborating with various companies and government institutions.
Alex transitioned to digital marketing at PT. Dua Anak Deo, where he promoted content across social media platforms and secured substantial endorsements and sponsorships. His marketing skills, combined with his banking expertise, make him a versatile and valuable addition to any team.
Alex joined TraceWorthy Consulting in January 2024, taking up the important position of Executive Assistant. His expertise in customer service will ensure he is able to support our Founder and our Senior Management Team, as well as care for our valuable clients.
Aside from his professional endeavours, Alex has a personal passion for animals, cooking, and making a positive impact in his community. His interest in Indonesian cuisine and his love for his pets – one cat in Jakarta and four dogs in Medan – reflect his diverse interests and caring nature.
