There are literally hundreds of “agents” and “agencies” promoting themselves as experts in setting up companies and applying for visas.  Some are Indonesian people and some are foreigners.  The vast majority are merely sales representatives that earn a commission every time they get access to someone’s passport.

Many foreigners find themselves in trouble because their “agent” has taken their money, not processed their application and refused to return their passport.

Ensure you only use a reputable consultant or agent whose office you are welcome to visit at any time and who is happy to show you their licenses on request.
