Harlem Lumban Gaol SE, Ak., is a highly experienced and qualified accountant with over 20 years of experience in the finance industry.
He graduated from Advent Indonesia University in Bandung in 1999 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Harlem furthered his education at Udayana University in Bali, becoming a Certified Practicing Accountant in 2019.
Harlem has a strong track record of success in managing financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance. He is also proficient in a variety of accounting software programs.
In his previous role as Treasurer / Financial Controller at Yayasan Classroom of Hope Indonesia, Harlem was responsible for managing the organisation’s finances, including preparing financial reports, budgeting, and overseeing tax compliance. He also played a key role in the organisation’s fundraising efforts in their mission to build 200 schools damaged by the earthquake in Lombok in 2018.
Since joining TraceWorthy Consulting in June 2023, Harlem has been creating new financial management systems to support the Company and our loyal clients. As well as helping to unravel the complexity of both domestic and international tax in his role as a financial consultant, Harlem is educating our clients in financial reporting so they can make more informed decisions about their companies.
In addition to his professional skills, Harlem is also a passionate evangelist, always looking for ways to give back to his community. He enjoys going to the cinema, sports, and culinary arts. His personal goal is to be a better version of himself each day for his family and his community.
